Frequently asked questions

How do I apply for a rental property?

Once you've attended a viewing, you can submit your application online through our secure application system. We recommend completing your application as soon as possible, as properties are often in high demand.

How do I report maintenance?

Maintenance requests can be submitted online or by contacting our office. We assess every request promptly and, where appropriate, arrange repairs with the landlord's approval in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act.

When is my rent due?

Rent is payable in advance on the agreed due date outlined in your tenancy agreement. We encourage tenants to set up automatic payments to ensure rent is paid on time.

Am I responsible for the lawns and gardens?

This depends on your tenancy agreement. If lawn and garden maintenance is your responsibility, it will be clearly stated in your agreement. Please keep the property tidy and maintained throughout your tenancy.

What should I do if I need to end my tenancy?

Please contact us as soon as possible. The notice period depends on the type of tenancy and the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act. We'll guide you through the process and explain your obligations before you move out.
